“Regime Change in India: Unveiling the Deep State’s Proxy Networks and Their Role in Fanning Unrest for a Color Revolution”
Let us expose the double standards of the WESTERN DEMOCRACIES and Their sinister plot to subvert and undermine democracy in India by plotting a regime change to remove the present prime minister of India and through the dispension of their agenda using their well-funded proxies in India!!
1. The Invisible hand
The USAID with an annual budget of $ 63 Billion + is one of the most powerful hidden hands of the US State department for regime change anywhere in the world wherever USAID is present. Did you know that Samantha Power, present head of the US AID is a member of the National Security council of the US Govt.? Did you know that USAID is under investigation for funding nonprofits engaged with Islamic terrorist organizations in South Asia? Did you know that despite being under investigation USAID is still funding those nonprofits? Why would a US govt. agency working for social development and poverty alleviation would do so?? Why would its head participate in US National Security council which is basically a tool to plot for US domination policies? Let's go to the next part of the thread see how this HIDDEN HAND OF THE US GOVT. WE ALL KNOW AS THE USAID unfolds some very sinister and harrowing tales of the gross misuse of soft power of nonprofits to engineer US Agenda based ecosystems across the world.
2. The Mother has a baby
The Pact.org which is also known as mini-USAID, is one of the most powerful nonprofits associated with the USAID. Till now in last 15 years pact.org has dispensed with $350 Million Dollars of USAID funding in its projects. When you look at the history of the pact.org on its website, it all unfolds in a candid yet remorseless way. It takes pride in mentioning that Color revolution in Ukraine was possible through its partner non profits in the Ukraine!! In 2014 UNDP transfers its micro finance fund in Burma to pact.org!! Why would UNDP an international institution with billions of dollars of financing would do so?
3. The Baby starts talking
In September 2020 Govt of India tables a bill for FCRA Amendment in its parliament. Before that Govt of India had cancelled FERA license of more than 15000 NGOs for misusing FCRA route of funding or for non-disclosures. But obvious deep state proxies in India felt suffocated due to the lack of financial oxygen which was available to them a plenty before 2014!! By 2022 IT BECAME CLEAR THAT GOVT OF INDIA IS IN NO MOOD TO ALLOW SUBVERSION OF THE INDIA by foreign actors and their proxies in India. So PACT.ORG along with Transparency International and OCCRP hosted 20th International conference against corruption. What did they discuss there: CSOs (Civil Society Organizations in India would be suffocated due to govt. punitive measures which hampers the working of CSOs in a free and fair environment"!! Who sponsored this conference? US department of State and its weaponized think tank for issuing certificates of Democracy to other countries "The Transparency International"
4. The party of Shit posters
The 2022 Anti-corruption conference was its 19th edition. 10th edition in the year 2001 was headlined by the George Soros!! 11th edition in the year 2003 invited Aruna Roy as one of the headline speakers. 13th edition was headlined by Irene Khan, secretary general Amnesty International. 14th edition in the year 2010 invited Salil Shetty (Now works with Open Society Foundation of George Soros and also participated in Bharat Jodo yatra of Rahul Gandhi), secretary general of Amnesty International, US Secretary of the State Hillary Clinton, Avrind Ganesan Director Human Rights Watch. 17th edition in the year 2016 again invited Salil Shetty and Sanjay Pradhan CEO, Open Govt. Partnerships (Funded by USAID and US State department and in turn funds V-DEM institute which publishes Global Democracy Index which has classified India as ELECTORAL AUTOCRACY for the last 5 years). 19th Edition invited Sanjay Pradhan again along with Borge Brenden WEF president. 20th Edition in the year 2022 invited Sanjay Pradhan, Disha Ravi (arrested for creating and circulating Greta Thunberg FARMERS PROTEST TOOLKIT), Samantha Power Head USAID, US Secretary of state Anthony Blinken, US National Security advisor Jack Sulivan, Paul Radu from OCCRP. in the 20th edition most of the sessions were organized by the USAID!! Now look at it in the backdrop of anti CAA Protests, Farmers Protests, Republic Day riots in Delhi and rest of the anti-India activities preparated by the proxies of the foreign actors in India . Why would a forum directly funded and propagated by the US Govt. will invite people who are either anti India or prosecuted by the Govt. of India for indulging in activities detrimental to the sovereignty and peace of India? Answer - Just to send the message that we hold the leash, and we can pull it anytime to arm-twist India to our line of geopolitical alignments. Thats the power for the soft power of these think tanks, forums and non-profits within India and outside India!!
5. The Free Lunch
Let's look beyond what George Soros does!! When you look at the US Govt eco system supporting Transparency International, OCCRP and International Anti Corruption Conference, there are there are four main actors: The US department of State The USAID The National Endowment for Democracy - known as mini CIA Pact.org - Also known as mini USAID So what does these actors do? Obviously bidding for the US interests AT ANY COST!!
6. The strings of the purse
George Soros open society foundation alone pumped in more than 4 million USD into the Transparency international!! Thats enough for controlling the agendas and setting up the narratives. And that is how it works.
7. Breeding the snakes
In the year 2021 USAID inspectors flagged USAID funding to a nonprofit named "Helping Hands for relief and development". This nonprofit was signaled out by the US senators for its connections to the terror outfits in the middle east and South Asia especially Pakistan. Though HHRD was under investigation but still it pumped in more money to HHRD in the year 2023. Till date USAID has pumped in close to USD 200,000 to HHRD!! What was the urgency? Only USAID and God might be knowing!!
8. The Dark Circle - 1
This nonprofit "Helping Hands for relief and development" looks more like a humanitarian aid organization at least by its website profile, but actually it is a part of the ISLAMIC COUNCIL OF THE NORTH AMERICA (ICNA) which is the US Counterpart or precisely US extension of the dreaded Jamat E islami of Pakistan. Though ICNA Claims to be a separate entity, it has a long history of Jamat E islami pedigree it inherits since its inception in 1960s in the US. Interestingly HHRD is one of the 12 non profits run under the umbrella of the ICNA which partner with US Homeland security FEMA, US Health department and US Department of Agriculture!!
9. The Dark Circle - 2
ICNA was set up as a Halqa Ahbabe Islami (Islamic Circle of Friends), an Urdu speaking group, ICNA’s earlier avatar “worked in the shadow of the Muslim Students Association of USA and Canada (MSA) striving to recruit Islamic movement oriented Urdu speaking Muslims and to strengthen the Jama’at-e-Islami Pakistan,”!! In 1977, the organization changed its name to Halqa Islami Shumali Amrika in Urdu and the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) in English. During its initial years ICNA held its regional meetings within the fold of regional MSA conferences. MSA is an influential North American Islamist student organization founded in 1963 by members of the Al- Ikhwan Al-Muslimeen (The Muslim Brotherhood) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Another JI outpost named in the resolution is the New York-based Muslim Ummah of North America (MUNA) that has openly espoused support for the Islamist movement. JI Bangladesh’s former assistant secretary general, Muhammad Kamaruzzaman, was the guest of honor at a 2010 MUNA picnic. In 2013, a Bangladeshi war crimes tribunal sentenced Kamaruzzaman to death for his role in the murder of at least 120 unarmed farmers during the country’s 1971 liberation war against Pakistan. Yusuf Islahi, a leader of JI’s Indian affiliate (JI Hind),34 has spoken at ICNA events since at least 2000 and was a featured speaker at the organization’s April 2019 convention in Washington, D.C. Islahi reportedly has blamed Jews for the 9/11 attacks, which he described as a fitting response to American arrogance. He is a chief patron of ICNA's dawah, or proselytizing project. At a 2001 JI Hind event hosted in the Indian city of Aligarh, Islahi reportedly blamed Jews for the 9/11 attacks, which he described as a fitting response to American arrogance: The September 11 event is a well-planned conspiracy to defame Islam. Muslims are being blamed for it without any evidence. Everyone knows who is the real culprit, Jews....The United States has unjustly and arrogantly ruled the world for too long. Allah has destroyed that arrogance on September. God willing, this will also inaugurate the age of Islam the world over!! ICNA’s bimonthly publication, The Message International, has featured interviews with JI leaders in which they support the Islamist movement’s goal to establish a global caliphate38 and commend ICNA’s role in the “advancement of Islamic ideology.” Over the years, the publication has featured articles and editorials, including by ICNA members, that exhort jihad in Kashmir and Palestine, defend terrorists and other radicals, attack U.S. and Western foreign policy, advocate on behalf of Islamists and Islamist movements, and engage in inflammatory rhetoric against Jews and Zionism.
10. Dark Circle 3
In 2016, ICNA's former vice president and leader of its New York chapter, Ashrafuzzaman Khan, was tried in absentia by the Bangladeshi war crimes tribunal and sentenced to death. Khan allegedly participated in the abduction and murder of 18 Bangladeshi intellectuals during the country’s 1971 liberation war against Pakistan. The fact that a former senior ICNA leader was a top commander of Al-Badr, JI’s militant offshoot, only reaffirms the close ties ICNA shares with the Islamist movement.
11. The Ummah and Dawa
A 2010 “Member’s Hand Book” published by ICNA’s Tarbiyah (Education & Training) Department defines the organization as “an Islamic Jama’ah, an organization struggling towards Iqamat-ad-Deen (“Establishment of the Religion”) in this land.” The handbook recognizes that achieving the end goal of an Islamic super state is a gradual process and involves several stages. A section called, “Levels of work by the Islamic Movement,” lists five stages to attain a global Caliphate. In the early stages, members pass through the “Tarbiyah Process,” an education consisting of radical literature promoting Islam in place of Western systems. At the “Societal Level,” the handbook suggests “active taqwah (piety, fear of God) work to non-Muslims” that includes providing social services such as “helping the poor and needy, sick and disabled, old and down trodden, and disadvantaged in the society.” In the next stage, called the “State Level,” Islam gains traction in a larger segment of society and “a good part of the society's thinking individuals join the movement. The struggle then reaches the “Global Level.” Wherever the Islamic movement succeeds to establish true Islamic society, they will form coalitions and alliances. This will lead to the unity of the Ummah (Muslim nation) and towards the establishment of a Khilafah [Caliphate],” the book says.
12. The flight of a pigeon
ICNA honored ONE OF ITS members who traveled across the world to wage jihad in Kashmir. ICNA's 1997 Southeastern Regional Convention feted Lawrence Nicholas Thomas (aka Jibril Abu- Adam), an American citizen and convert to Islam, who was killed while fighting alongside terrorists in Kashmir. Jibril had traveled to Pakistan and trained with Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) to finally infiltrate into the Kashmir where the Indian forces neutralized him. ICNA charities, Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) and ICNA Relief, have ties to U.S.-designated Kashmiri jihadist groups, JI Pakistan and its affiliate chapter in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. Helping Hand regional partners have been found to have connections to U.S.-designated terrorist entities, including Falah-i-Insaniyat Foundation (FIF), Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) and its leader Syed Salahuddin. For example HHRD Claims to have worked with NGOs on the both sides of Line of control in Kashmir. On their website they mention POK as Azad Kashmir and Kashmir as Indian occupied Kashmir while hosting a separate page for Kashmir and India!! Despite ICNA’s open propagation of JI’s Islamist ideology in North America and ties to South Asian jihadists and radical extremists, U.S. government officials and agencies continue to engage the JI outpost and its affiliate organizations. For instance, in 2016 ICNA reportedly received a $1.3 million grant from the Department of Homeland Security72 and more than $10 million from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for disaster relief work in 2016 and 2018.73 It received another $25,000 in 2019 from New York City’s Communities of Color Nonprofit Stabilization Fund. ICNA even defended ISI Stooge Gulam Nabi Fai when he was prosecuted by the by the US Authorities under FARA Act for receiving funds from ISI Pakistan. We all know that Fai along with US Lobbyist Paul Manfort formed Kashmir American Council for anti India Kashmir activities in the US.
13. The Vultures and a dead buffalo
In December 2017, the Muslim American charity, Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD), organized a conference to honor ‘World Disability Day’ at a government-managed college in the Pakistani city of Timergara. Sponsors of the HHRD event in Pakistan included the Falah-e-Insaniat Foundation (FIF), the charitable wing of Lashkar-e-Taiba, the terrorist organization responsible for the 2008 Mumbai attacks. In 2016, FIF itself was designated a terrorist organization by the U.S. Treasury Department. Another organization present at the HHRD conference was the Milli Muslim League, a political party recently launched by Lashkar-e-Taiba founder, Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, on whom the U.S. government has placed a $10 million bounty. Its conference also included Al Khidmat, the charitable arm of the South Asian Islamist movement Jamaat-e-Islami.
14. Birth of a snake
The Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) was created in 1941 by Islamist ideologue Maulana Syed Abdul Ala Maududi (also spelled as Mawdudi) in Lahore, Pakistan, then part of British India. Maududi, who was on a personal visit to the U.S. at the time, was present at ICNA’s first public event held in 1974 at Columbia University. At the September 1967 MSA convention, “a meeting of selected movement oriented Indo-Pak brothers” was called and "an Ad-hoc Committee was elected in the meeting to convene a foundational group." Maududi’s son, Ahmed Farooq Maududi was elected the committee’s secretary. ICNA’s forerunner, the Islamic League of North America (ILNA), was created in June 1968 but later disbanded due to concerns about ILNA hurting MSA. Maududi spoke at the first public meeting of Halqa Ahbab Islami (ICNA’s former name) at Columbia University in 1975. This was the only public address Sayyid Mawdudi had in the US, where he advised Muslims that they are living in place of dawah” and they must learn and practice Islamic and raise good Muslim families. In 1979, ICNA hosted its 4th annual convention that featured senior JI Pakistan leaders Prof. Khurshid Ahmad128 and Qazi Hussein Ahmed. Also the same year, Maulana Syed Abdul Ala Maududi visited the United States for the second time for medical treatment. He stayed with his son and ICNA official Ahmed Farooq Maududi in Buffalo, N.Y., where he succumbed to his illness.
15. Hyenas hunting together
One of the ICNA Presidents, Doctor Muhammad Yunus founded Rohingya Solidarity Organisation along with Professor Nurul Islam, Chairman 1st Planing commission of Bangladesh. Professor Nurul is also known to mentor another Mohammed Younus who founded Grameen Bank in Bangladesh and now heads interim govt. of Bangladesh. RSO was later on changed to The Arakan Rohingya National Organisation. It is worth noting that Mohammad Yunus who presided ICNA was a member of Jamat E islami and a staunch supporter of Ummah and Dawa. The Rohingya National Council (RNC) is a political congress of Rohingya groups, mainly from Rakhine State, Myanmar (Burma). It was founded on 28 November 1998 along with the Arakan Rohingya National Organisation (ARNO), which was formed from a merger of the Arakan Rohingya Islamic Front (ARIF) and the Rohingya Solidarity Organisation (RSO). On other hand "Helping hands for relief and development" worked with many NGOs in Kashmir and some of them were raided by NIA and ED for terror funding cases. Lets explore in the next part, how it unfolds a devious plot of turns and twists in the smoke of human rights violations.
16. The Red snow - 1
In 2021 NIA and ED raided multiple NGOs across the North India for their terror funding activities. One such NGO was Jammu and Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society where Khurram Parvez works as Programme coordinator. Khurram Parvez was arrested in Dec 2021 under UAPA Act for his involvement in terror funding. And that's where the hell broke loose for the ecosystem supporting him. Right from Time Magazine to USCIRF to UN to global left leaning NGOs, entire cabal postered him as some hero persecuted by some dictatorial regime in India. And above all no one talked about his links and his collusions with Anti India forces!! Time.com even included Khurram Parvez in its annual 100 most influential people of the world. and guess who wrote a full page eulogy on Khurram Parvez? Our very own trash Rana Ayub!! Time.com is online portal of Time magazine founded by Henry Luce of Henry Luce foundation fame!! How much money this foundation pumped into anti India proxies of the deep state during 2024 Lok Sabha elections to dislodge BJP and Narendra Modi Ji? We all know this public secret.
17. The Red Snow - 2
Khurram Parvez works as the chairman of AFAD which is an umbrella group of 10 South Asian NGOs including Odhikar and Mayar Dak of Babgladesh. Founder of Odhikar is member of the Interim govt of Bangladesh as minister while Mayar Dak NGO is a front of Bangladesh Nationalist Party which along with Jamat E Islami Bangladesh ousted Sheikh Hasina in the latest coup staged by the US proxies. Mayar Dak news paper is published from Kolkata West Bengal and Sheikh Hasina govt. had even lodged a protest with GOI to shut it down but thanks to TMC govt. in West Bengal this shit poster survived the day.
18. The Cross connections
Did you see this man standing next to eric Garcetti, US Ambassador to India carefully in below picture? He is Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi, a self proclaimed Kashmiri activist who once claimed that his father is "Ayatollah Khomeini" of Kashmir!! Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi was selected by Delhi based "Center for Civil society" for its fellowship “Young Leaders: Gear up to Challenge the status Quo” in Jan 2019. Center for Civil society is funded by The Atlas Network whose CEO is Matt Warner is a US Govt. think tank National Endowment for Democracy fellowship holder.
19. The Mushrooms of Blood rain
Khurram Parvez is chairperson of "The Asian Federation Against Involuntary Disappearances". This association of NGOs is supported by Odhikar and Mayar Dak from Bangladesh along with International Federation of Human rights. Odhikar partners with Asian Network for fair elections which partners with Lokniti in India. Lokniti is a election watch project run by Center for the study of developing societies which hosts Rajni Kothari chair for research on political systems and governance funded by Ford Foundation and TATA Trust.
20. Liberty is not free
Jayaprakash Narayan (JP) founded Peoples union for civil liberties in the year 1976. In part 1 of the series we saw that Advocate Prashant Bhushan is running "Sambhaavna Institute of policy and research. One of the regular resource persons associated with this think tank is Bhanwar Meghwanshi. He is a part of Prashant Bhushan's Sambhaavnaa institute and holds regular workshops their on caste issues and Dalit rights. Bhanwar Meghwanshi is secretary for Peoples union for civil liberties and president of Its Rajasthan Section. One of the vice presidents of PUCL is Binayak Sen who also incharge of its Chhattisgarh section. He is Naxal activist and supporter of the Naxal movement who was sentenced for life due to his involvement with Naxal movement. Final decision of his case still pending with Chattisgarh session post Supreme court order to session court for taking a decision on this case. While in secretary's panel is Seema Azad who is also president for UP section of PUCL. Seema Azad and her husband are CPI (Maoist) members and Naxal movement supporters. Govt. of India acted upon them and they were sentenced for life but case is still pending in court for final outcome post their appeal against life imprisonment. Rajni Kothari founder of the "Center for the study of developing societies" was president of the PUCL from 1979 to 1981 and remained its member for his life.
21. The Web In 2013
"Centre for the study of developing societies" hostede Tapati Guha Thakurta for a seminar titled "Demands and Dilemmas of Durga Puja ‘Art’ by Tapati Guha Thakurta". Tapati Guha-Thakurta is Director and Professor in History at the Centre for Studies in Social Sciences, Calcutta, West Bengal.
22. The blood is thicker than country
Tapti Guha Thakurta is the sister of Paranjoy Guha Thakurta, same journalist which Hindenburg mentioned in its Adani report. Lets have a look at the Tapti Guha Thakurta's take on Durga Pooja. She is searching for SECULARISM in Durga Pooja!! By the way she is also credited with her efforts to get Durga Pooja included in UNESCO HERITAGE LIST!!
23. The clown show
Here is how her brother Paranjoy Guha Thakurta generalized RG KAR Medical college tragedy. Paranjoy Guha Thakurta took great pride in his reporting on Adani group for him being mentioned in Hindenburg report!! He is a regular workshop organiser of Prashant Bhushan's Sambhaavnaa Institute.
24. The clown show - 1
So from below infographic you can see how USAID and US Department of State fund both OCCRP and Transparency International along with George Soros. Now these US Govt. controlled societies use these proxies to start their regime change agenda in India post Farmer protest by enticing Ravi Nair and Paranjoy Guha Thakurta like proxies to go all out to write damning reports against India's top business houses to put Indian economy in bad light for electoral mileage for Anti Modi political parties. Post that same Transparency International and OCCRP combined with pact.org (Mini USAID) and International Anti- corruption Conference (Also funded by the US State department) in 2022 to invite people like Disha Ravi (Farmer protests Greta Thunberg Kit) and Sanjay Pradhan CEO of Open Govt. Partnerships to dissaude Indian Govt from tightening the noose against NGOs foreign funding by implementing FEMA Act. Interesting point: Global Democracy Index - Funded by the USAID Global Happiness Index - Funded by the USAID using pass through proxies Global Hunger Index - Funded by the USAID In all above indexes you can find that India is ranked out of top 100 and way below countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan, Iraq and sometimes way below Afghanistan also!! Do you think its a coincidence or data speaks for itself???
